How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made online or via email, in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in your booking confirmation email. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you via email.
Refundable Bookings
Guests who prepay under a fully flexible or semi-flexible rate may cancel online, in line with the cancellation policy.
Refunds will be processed to the credit or debit card used for the booking, subject to the issuing bank’s policy. This typically takes 3–10 working days, although some banks may take longer.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Guests who book under a “Non-refundable” rate are not eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation.
Fair Cancellation Charges
By making a booking, the Customer agrees that the cancellation charges are a fair and genuine estimate of the loss the Operator would incur due to the cancellation.
Recommendation:
We strongly advise all Customers to obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover.
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all reservations, bookings, and agreements for accommodation of any kind made by (“the Customer”) and Checkinginn Limited or any of its subsidiary or associated companies, which may be referred to individually or collectively as “the Operator” or “Checkinginn” in these terms and conditions, and booked through any website operated by Checkinginn Limited or its affiliated entities. Once a booking has been accepted by the Operator, a contract exists between the Customer and the Operator. By making a booking, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. For bookings of five or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The Customer will be contacted by Checkinginn with further details.
These terms may be amended at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the website for the most up-to-date version before check-in.
